ALTERNATION – COSTUME JEWELRY QUALITY ASSISTANT (M/F)

CONTEXT

The apprentice assists the Costume Jewelry Quality team in its missions, participating throughout the various developments and production, in the improvement and enrichment of quality documentation as well as in feeding the databases and various indicators.

He is linked to the production, collection and development teams.

MISSIONS

The work-study student will be responsible for assisting the Quality team in streamlining and simplifying its tools and carrying out transformation/formalization projects.

1 / Participate in the enrichment of quality documentation:

• Participate in the drafting of a reference document on technical standards
• Participate in the drafting of defect libraries by material using pre-production reports, audit reports and prototype reports to illustrate quality control criteria.
• Facilitate the use of the various quality sheets (component sheet, logistics sheet, packaging sheet, assembly specifications) by grouping them in particular in the same synthetic and ergonomic format
• Continue formalizing all quality processes.

2/ Ensure proper compliance with the House’s quality requirements:

• Rigorously and responsively lead the wearer tests launched by the quality team (launch, monitoring and analysis of product development + sharing with suppliers)
• Participate in pre-series control
• Write control reports.
• Animate color and finish animation projects: project validation, launch and validation of pre-series.
• Monitor quality issues encountered on components (production components and orange box) with the various partners concerned.

3/ Participate in monitoring quality tests:

• Fill the test database (catching up on history + current season) and extract budget indicators from it
• Manage the launch of annual monitoring plans (leather safety, finished products and components).

4/ Indicators:

• Participation in updating monthly supplier monitoring indicators and drafting associated reports.
• Participate in monthly Quality reviews 
• Work on a centralized database of product audit results by supplier with the possibility of deriving indicators from them

PROFILE

•  Student in BTS, DUT or IUT in the field of quality or in engineering school with a strong appetite for this field.
• You have strong product sensitivity and good analytical skills
• Autonomous and organized, you know how to manage different projects in parallel, as well as your daily priorities.
•  You are dynamic and have good interpersonal skills (excellent oral and written communication).
• You demonstrate rigor, reliability, you are proactive and have a sense of service.
• You are comfortable with computer tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
